Hello Everyone! My name is Regina Martinez. I graduated from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. After graduation I decided to take a year off and figure out what I wanted to do. After a few months of thinking I decided to become a school counselor. As I was researching I found out that you had to be teacher first. So I went back to school at Texas Wesleyan University to receive my post bac in Elementary Education. As I was finishing school at Wesleyan, I began to teach 22 first graders along with starting my master's degree at Texas Christian University.

During my first year of teaching I married my lovely and adorable husband Tony Martinez. After four years of marriage our family has grown! We have a son named Joel who is learning to play football at the age of 1and a half. We also have two golden retrievers named Ace and KoKo.

We love the outdoors! We enjoying boating, fishing, and hiking everywhere in Texas. I enjoy reading in the summer time!

After five years of teaching 22 first graders, I am here with all of you! I am excited to be here at A&M Consolidated High School and to serve you in your pathway to success! Yea!
